WCONLINE Travel Scholarship

We know how valuable and formative an academic conference can be for tutors and program staff. Through this initiative, we are hoping to play a small role in helping more individuals from the writing and learning center community across colleges, universities, and secondary schools to partake in this opportunity.

The WCONLINE Travel Scholarship application period closed on August 15, 2025. We are no longer accepting submissions.

The WCONLINE Travel Scholarship offered funds to selected administrators, students, and tutors who planned to attend the IWCA-NCPTW Joint Conference in 2025. The maximum award amount was $1000 per individual, and the funds were intended to cover the cost of travel, registration, lodging and food for the conference. To be eligible, the applicant had to work for or in some way be connected to a program or center that uses WCONLINE.
